I'm an X-Ray Tech Now
I graduated from school, and passed my registry exam. Now I'm an officially licensed X-Ray Technologist and/or Radiographer. I'm still don't fully grok the distinction —but whatever my title is, I still don't have a job yet.
I do have applications in several places. Was turned down for one position, but her and I talked quite a bit while I was in school. She seems to want to hire me, and asked to keep me on the list for the next round in a few weeks. We'll see what happens.
Our A/C Just Died
I think it was last Tuesday it died. Wednesday and Thursday we got some quotes, Friday we got a while new HVAC system installed. This one has a much larger circulation fan and moves far more air. It seems to have several possible speeds it can be set to; We'll be testing them over the next week, because it's quite loud right now and blows much more intensely than we'd like.
I'm Playing a New Game
Divinity: Original Sin 2 is a turn based fantasy adventure. Think D&D with a (sort of) Diablo looking interface and you'll be 80% there. It's quite big. I've got more than 50 hours in, and apparently I'm just over half way through.
